**What You’ll Do**

Reporting directly to our Director of Development, you will:

- **Keep Projects on Track**: Map out schedules, track milestones, and ensure teams are prepared for what’s ahead.
- **Organize and Facilitate**: Be the glue that connects stakeholders, organizes resources, and enables everyone to perform at their best.
- **Ensure Excellence**: Track deliverables, assist with financial reviews, and liaise with internal & external stakeholders to ensure no detail is overlooked.
- **Be a Communication Champion**: Manage project documentation, meeting agendas, and follow-ups, making sure everyone stays aligned and accountable.
