Blackbird Baking Co is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Delivery team. This position is Permanent and Full-Time.

This position would entail supervising and facilitating the packing and delivery of all Blackbird Baking Co. Wholesale and Home Deliveries in a timely manner as well as assisting the Wholesale Account Manager in overseeing the Wholesale Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Organizing the workflow and ensuring that the delivery team members understand their duties and/or delegated tasks on a daily basis.
- Monitoring delivery driver productivity to ensure all deliveries are delivered on time and accurately.
- Ensuring all prep work for the next day is completed on a daily basis (bags written, plastic stickered bags, supplies stocked, etc )
- Maintaining a delivery team with a high level of accuracy and speed when delivering all Wholesale and Home Delivery orders.
- Problem solving any wholesale shortages and/or issues in real time to maintain customer appreciation.
- Schedule monthly ride-alongs with each driver to provide feedback and ensure all deliveries are completed properly. This includes kraft packaging, freezer bags and invoices along with the product ordered.
- Ensuring the delivery area of each bakery space is always maintained to the highest standards, adhering to company systems and policies.
- Completing weekly van maintenance checks for any safety issues, cleanliness issues adhere to company standards and policies.
- Supporting and maintaining a positive work environment at all times.
- Adhering to health, safety and sanitation guidelines, and maintaining bakery cleanliness at all times.
- Communicating effectively with BOH and FOH employees regarding special orders, store to store transfers and general delivery information and procedures.
- Creating weekly department schedules.
- Completing weekly department supply inventory.
- Working a 5 day/40 hour work week with the possibility of overtime as needed.
- Availability includes weekends and Holidays.

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

**Experience**:
