**General Summary**

Lead the development and execution of facility maintenance and repair programs to maximize the efficiency, reliability, and longevity of FedEx Supply Chain assets. Focus on cost-effective strategies, safety, and industry best practices to enhance operational performance, improve the customer experience, and drive continuous process improvement.

**This position will be responsible for**
- Select, educate, develop and lead a staff of employees
- Lead the development and continuous evolution of facility maintenance strategy to drive asset optimization through a thorough understanding of maintenance cost to leverage a holistic program management approach
- Ensure that facility maintenance and repairs are timely, appropriate and prioritizes safety
- Ensure cost effective scopes of work are developed with execution that drives accountability for continuous improvement including single sourcing and new software programs and increased transparency
- Collaborate across OpCo’s and/or functional areas to develop standardized best practices where industry standards are recognized
- Analyze repair costs and trends, as well as management processes, to identify opportunities to reduce costs and/or improve quality, longevity and efficiency
- Participate in the development of facility capital and global expense long range outlook and annual budget and manage annually to fiscal plan
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Education/Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years facility safety, or project management, or related discipline
- Thorough understanding of project management principals / techniques
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrative leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Must possess problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience and ability to use of Microsoft Office software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Customer service driven.
- Strong team player.
- Travel required.
