Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our Guests have everything they need from appitizers to desserts. Masters of situational service, they tailor their style to meet the needs of our Guests. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.

- Greet guests promptly, introduce promotions, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately take orders and ensure timely food and drink delivery.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure food and beverages meet guest expectations.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring resolution with supervisor support when needed.
- Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies with care.
- Maintain a **clean, welcoming atmosphere** in the dining room, lounge, and patio.
- Bartending & Lounge Service_
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Boston Pizza standards.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service following **ProServe** guidelines.
- Keep the **bar stocked, clean, and organized**, including proper glassware and garnishes.
- Maintain bar cleanliness by regularly wiping down cabinets, surfaces, equipment., sanitizing bar tools, and properly storing garnishes.
- Strictly follow fruit fly prevention practices, including draining and drying sinks, covering bottles, and disposing of food waste properly.
- Engage with guests at the bar and lounge, fostering a social and inviting atmosphere.
- Process payments and ensure accurate handling of cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Operational & Team Support_
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of **menu items, ingredients, and promotions**.
- Actively Participate in all promotions and perform all tasks to achieve restaurant’s goals.
- Follow all **Boston Pizza operational standards** and procedures and CI Trideep company policies.
- Assist in bar prep, inventory management, and restocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the **kitchen, hosts, and FOH staff** to ensure smooth service.
- Step in as a **host or support staff** when required.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as per the restaurant’s cleaning checklists in all work areas, including deep-cleaning bar mats, shelves, and under-bar areas.

Compliance & Safety
- Follow **food safety regulations** and complete necessary checklists.
- Maintain proper hand hygiene and ensure food handling protocols are met.
- Handle glassware, bar tools, and kitchen equipment with **care and precision**.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service laws and refuse service when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Certification:_
- ProServe Certification (Alberta) required
- Prior serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Skills & Abilities:_
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to memorize drink recipes and menu details
