At 1861 Local Bar and Grill we are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender/Server to provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. Prospective bartenders will be able to create classic cocktails and innovative drinks while spreading that big big energy

  • AGLC Pro serve
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Relevant training certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Bartending: 2 years (preferred)
