Excellent customer service and keen attention to detail are skills that are required. Your responsibility will be to **provide exceptional care and attention to our clients** which in turn enables our vets and techs to focus on providing excellent care for our patients.

The qualified applicant will be compassionate, have proven customer service skills, strong telephone and communication skills and be comfortable working with computers and common office equipment. Must be able to work well both independently and within a team. VOA certificate is helpful but not always required depending on experience.

The position can, at times, be physical. Stocking, bending, periods on your feet, helping to hold patients, lifting (up to 40lbs). **Shifts include Saturdays.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
