Cowabunga+ is looking for talented Servers and Bartenders (part time or full time) to work with our busy restaurant

We are looking for someone that has a proven ability to work in a busy environment, work well with a team and perform all of their overall daily restaurant tasks.

DUTIES:

- Provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests
- Serve customers food and beverage
- Be knowledgeable about all the food and beverage items in the restaurant (especially pizza) in order to answer questions and provide recommendations
- Maintaining cleanliness and monitoring food quality to ensure all items are held to consistent standards
- Entering customer orders into POS System

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Cocktail, wine and beer knowledge preferred
- Passion for food, pizza and service
- At least 1 year experience in a similar environment

Front End Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Scan, bag, and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and surrounding areas.
- Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and sanitation.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process.
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing excellent service to customers.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions.
- Cashiering experience with the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Knowledge of food service regulations and safe food handling practices is a plus.
