About us...
We're an innovative hospitality provider looking for an Assistant Front of House Manager with option to grow and expand role and career.
We operate unique community focused coffeehouse
which features premium quality beverage (coffee, beer, wine, etc) and food, with a focus on supporting the arts and our local Hamilton community.

Role Summary...
operational experience to take this destination of choice in the area to the next phase of its evolution.
You will have a proven track record in management of staff for front of house, promoting menus, supporting the kitchen and the operational experience to build the framework to efficiently meet the needs of the customer, pivoting as needed based on learning in the early days of your tenure.
Required Work Experience...
- 5+ years food services experience including progressive management roles as Head Chef or Assistant Manager or General Manager.
- Proven track record in developing and executing new experiences - could include event building and management, leading art curation, food preparation (and related supplier sourcing), inventory and ordering, etc.
- Proven staff leadership skills in a high customer traffic environment with a minimum of 5 years leading food service teams and front of house staff.
- A solid understanding of how to navigate and integrate the front of house, customer facing efforts with the back of house operations.

**Salary**: hourly to start, plus tips
