Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:

- Inspire and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Set ambitious sales goals and celebrate team successes.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Customer Service:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with grace and efficiency.
- Cultivate a loyal customer base through excellent service.

Marketing and Promotions:

- Partner with the marketing team to create captivating promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute in-store events and sales promotions.
- Leverage social media and digital marketing to boost sales and brand awareness.

**Experience**:

- At least 3-5 years of retail sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the hot tub and swim spa industry is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with Shopify, CRM Software, Google Docs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,307.16-$90,239.37 per year
