**Duties**
- Concrete work (foundation setup)
- Set and install roof trusses, and installing roofing
- Installing exterior finishes (windows/doors/gutters/siding/decks/etc.)
- Installing interior finishes (doors/triM/Flooring/cabinets/etc.)Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Build frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
- Ensure all installations are plumb and level.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in residential construction.
- Strong understanding of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for teamwork and collaboration on job sites.
- A valid class 5 driver’s license

The skilled carpenter will be involved from the start through the completion of multi-unit residential properties. Work locations will be primarily in the Cornwall and west end of Charlottetown areas, with occasional project work throughout Eastern Prince County and Queens County. Mileage may be payable depending on the work site location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
