Carpenter Apprentice

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in carpentry and construction. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced carpenters, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of carpentry, including fabrication, assembly, and installation. This role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to perform heavy lifting.

**Duties**
- Assist in the construction and installation of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Help fabricate components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Participate in siding installation and drywall work.
- Learn to plumb and assemble various structures with precision.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Support construction painting tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
- Basic knowledge or experience in siding, drywall, or maintenance person tasks is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools and safety practices in a construction environment.
- Understanding of blueprint reading is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in carpentry.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
