**Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships through regular engagement, needs assessment, and tailored solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business, maintain existing accounts, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Promote Rogers telecommunications products and services, ensuring solutions align with customer needs while driving revenue and account expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize account performance, meet sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience, streamline processes, and maximize service delivery.
- Track account activity, analyze trends, and generate data-driven insights to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and key performance metrics in CRM software, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and proactively resolving concerns.
**Requirements for the Client Account Manager Role**:
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Background in customer service, sales, account management, or telecommunications is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and handle objections professionally.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to assess challenges, analyze data, and adjust strategies for success.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and telecommunications products is an asset, with a willingness to learn.
- **O**penness to training, professional development, and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Full-time, in-office availability at the **Victoria, BC** location. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred but not required.

Pay: $39,500.00-$98,000.00 per year
