_**Overview**_

We are looking for a Client Success Account Manager who will ensure our projects and their **statements of work are delivered successfully**, while maintaining **great relationships** with cleints. You will serve as the main contact for clients, building strong relationships and driving satisfaction. Your background in sales, account management, and business development will help you spot opportunities for growth and enhance the overall client experience. The statements of work are related to government contracts in **professional services**and **training**.
- **Responsibilities**_

1. Client Relationship Management
- **Champion Client Success**: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for government clients, ensuring they achieve their objectives and receive maximum value from our services.
- **Client Meetings**: Conduct 2-10 phone calls or Teams meetings per day to gather feedback, understand evolving needs, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
- **Client-Focused Solutions**: Identify and address potential issues, escalating to internal teams when needed to maintain positive and productive client relationships.

2. Process Optimization & Technology Implementation
- **Workflow Enhancement**: Evaluate and refine internal and client-facing processes to boost efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall service quality.
- **Technology Solutions**: Identify, implement, and manage tools (e.g., CRMs, project management software, automation) that streamline communication, scheduling, and data tracking.
- **Team Enablement**: Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they utilize systems effectively and follow best practices.

3. Project Coordination
- **Resource Scheduling**: Oversee project timelines and schedule resources (e.g., personnel, materials) based on skills and availability, ensuring projects stay on track.
- **Progress Tracking**: Monitor statements of work to ensure all deliverables are completed effectively.
- **Team Task Management**: Create and assign relevant tasks to yourself and team members, maintaining clarity on responsibilities and deadlines.

4. Sales & Contract Management
- **Quote Preparation**: Work closely with account coordinators to prepare accurate, detailed quotes that meet client needs.
- **Contract Conversion**: Follow through on quotes, ensuring they successfully convert to contracts with a focus on delivering the best overall client experience.
- **Communication Workflows**:Continuously improve workflows and administrative processes to enhance overall communication efficiency.

5. Business Development Support
- **Proposal Collaboration**: Work with the Business Development team to prepare proposals and support new or expanded service offerings.
- **Client Insights**: Share client feedback and market insights to inform product or service improvements and future project opportunities.
- **Growth Mindset**: Actively seek ways to expand our reach and grow client portfolios by identifying new opportunities or upselling relevant services.
- **Preferred Experience**:_
- Familiar with public procurement processes or government contract requirements.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience implementing process improvements and workflow optimizations.
- 3-5 years in account management, client success, or project coordination.
- Strong technology aptitude with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Proficiency in CRM software or project management tools.
- French language (optional).

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
