Endy is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager who cares about the customer’s experience, is a trusted advisor to the business, and is passionate about eCommerce. In this role, you will work closely with our Development Manager and team of talented in-house developers to deliver features and initiatives that capture emerging trends in the eCommerce space. We’re seeking an analytical individual to help increase the conversion rate of traffic on our eCommerce website. You’re a team player who will work directly with the growth marketing, development, creative, product and customer service teams to develop hypotheses and run A/B tests with the aim of boosting conversion, user acquisition and retention. You understand that eCommerce is part art and part science. You have an eye for the aesthetic, but understand how to run data-driven conversion optimization campaigns. **What you'll do**: - Analyze and evaluate opportunities to prioritize testing roadmap based on reviewing heatmaps, spearheading customer research, understanding business priorities and reviewing Google Analytics reports - Determine testing criteria and deploy tests through Google Optimize. Understand the technical impact of testing on site performance and minimize any negative impact - Analyze test results to determine key takeaways and next steps - Create, manage and deliver data-driven site merchandising strategies to increase overall product discovery by creating customer-centric mobile first merchandising decisions - Optimize site by conducting frequent audits, visual merchandising, rule enhancements and analysis on top search terms - Develop weekly reports on performance to share across other departments - Monitor competitive websites, industry trends, new technology, digital services and recommend investment in best-in-class 3rd party tools ensuring that Endy is staying on the forefront of industry standards - Evolve our CMS to ensure it continues to be performant, easy to use, and meet our business needs **Who you are**: - 2+ years of e-commerce experience - Background in experimentation software setting up, executing, monitoring and reporting on A/B tests - Experience with analytics platforms and site monitoring tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar) to evaluate test results and identify opportunities for improvements - Experience building and adjusting a testing roadmap that incorporates and balances hypotheses based on analytics, company priorities and new ideas - Experience with landing page optimization for performance marketing campaigns - Ability to make both qualitative and quantitative judgements - Must be able to work in a collaborative and results-oriented team environment - Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a drive to always improve. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. You've got experience managing projects that have multiple stakeholders, and keeping them informed and aligned.
