Planning & Brokerage Coordinator

Winnipeg, Canada Truck-Freight International Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Plan, organize and dispatch drivers
Negotiate rates with clients to maximize revenue
Ensure we surpass customers needs and expectations
Work with management to manage driver performance
Maintain relationships with our customers, and build new ones
Plan and optimize loads with focus on reducing empty miles
Maintain compliance with Municipal, Provincial, Federal and International laws/regulations;

**Qualifications**:
Relevant experience to match Job Responsibilities
Ideally, 1 to 2 years of Brokerage experience;
Ability to handle large volumes of work accurately;
Demonstrate attention to detail when dealing with specific freight requirements
Good communication Skills, and function well in a team environment
Dependable and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively
Ability to learn and use technology such as dispatching and ELD programs
Experience with Axon Trucking Software considered an asset.
