- For requirements, we are seeking individuals who are in the health and fitness field - Kinesiologists, Athletic Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, etc. But ultimately, we just need you to be a rockstar
- Your Primary Objective: Make sure that the hour each client is with you while at Matrix of Motion was the best hour of their day
**Qualifications**:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with wellness or fitness industry platforms (Wellness Living, Naamly, AutomaticMembers) is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and basic accounting is desirable
- Creative with social media scheduling and content creation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
- Neat, clean appearance; prompt & efficient, loyal, honest and dependable
- A desire to change lives
- The ability to create constant wow experiences in the lives of our clients
- Passionate and willing to learn
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage client billing and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Touch base with previous clients and maintain communication with current clients
- Create client feedback surveys and analyze responses
- Coordinate the Business of the Month program
- Review and plan activities based on the Monthly Marketing Calendar
- Develop and manage the Monthly Social Media Calendar
- Plan studio events and update studio signage for events and apparel orders
- Accountability & Retention: responsible for knowing and implementing the standard of protocols pertaining to client accountability and retention
- Sales: must be able to follow the sales process and convert prospects during the Success Session process, and after other program offerings
- Internal Marketing: must be willing to follow internal marketing calendar as given by leadership
**Compensation and Hours**
One hourly position available
30 - 40 hours per week
