**Key Responsibilities**:
You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping customers with their inquiries and service requests.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Managing permits, equipment registrations.
- Coordinate service orders, ensuring all necessary parts and equipment are available.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the service / install team to optimize schedules and meet customer needs.

**åQualifications**:

- You've got great communication skills and love helping people.
- You're organized and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- HVAC experience is a plus, but don't worry if you don't have it; we're willing to train the right person.
- At least 2 years customer service experience, with exceptional phone skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and office tools including Google Suite.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
