We are looking for a creative & proactive Marketing & Social media Coordinator to join our team and bring our Story to life This Role combines content Creation, social media management, and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and drive store traffic.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Content Creation & Social Media** - plan, create, manage and publish engagement content (photos, videos, stories, reels) for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTik, Facebook, etc.)
- Write compelling captions and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Manage the content calendar and schedule posts to maximize engagement.
- **Branding & Community Engagement**:

- maintain a strong and consistent brand image
- interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an engaged online community.
- collaborate with local partners for brand collaborations and campaigns.
- **Marketing Campaigns & Promotions**:

- Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
- support local advertising initiatives and partnerships to increase store visibility.
- Assist in planning small in-store events to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
- **Analytics & Reporting** - Track and analyze social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
- provide insights and recommendations to improve future strategies
