The Whistler Real Estate Company is looking for an individual to fill the position of ‘Marketing Coordinator'.

**Position**: Permanent Full-Time, In-Office

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Professional and/or educational experience in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize work and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Basic graphic design skills
- Real estate industry experience is an asset
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Ads & Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand/marketing strategy
- Provide marketing support to real estate agents
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Monitor and manage all brand assets (print and digital)
- Producing and designing digital and print assets for internal and external consumption
- Digital ad management (social and search)
- Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
