**Curriculum Specialist (Shared Courses)**:
**Primary Purpose**: The purpose of this position is to support the Shared Courses Initiatives (SCI) and Common Topic Modules (CTM) for health sciences programs at the University of Saskatchewan.

**Nature of Work**:In providing support for SCI/CTM, the Curriculum Specialist will simultaneously work with multiple instructors and learners in health sciences programs at the University of Saskatchewan. This position will report to and work closely with the Associate Director, Academic Programs and Interprofessional Education.

**Typical Duties or Accountabilities**:

- Support the engagement in, enrolment in, administration of, and follow-up for CTMs
- Work closely with individual instructors integrating CTMs in their courses
- Keep detailed records of the CTM offerings
- In conjunction with the Associate Director, co-facilitate instructor conversations
- Provide post-module documentation to instructors and programs, review feedback, and refresh materials
- Work with the IPECT learning management system

**Education**: A master's degree, preferably in the Master of Health Professions Education program or the equivalent is required.

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in health professions. Experience working closely with instructors, supporting the incorporation of CTMs, and facilitating the learner experience is essential to this role.

**Skills**: In this role, the incumbent will be simultaneously facilitating multiple CTMs, working with individual instructors and instructor teams. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with faculty, instructors, staff, learners and learner teams is foundational and integral to this role.

- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Meticulous record keeping, identification, and consolidation of key information to inform initiatives
