- Assist in managing property listings and maintaining accurate records of properties for sale or rent.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Prepare and organize marketing materials for listings, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
- Support the negotiation process by gathering necessary documentation and communicating effectively between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
- Utilize administrative skills to manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the real estate team.
- Assist with market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local real estate market.

**Skills**
- Strong background in real estate administration is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clients.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions between parties.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
