**About the Role**:
I’m a busy Ottawa realtor looking for an organized, friendly, and proactive assistant to help streamline my business and free up my time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on details, enjoys real estate (or wants to learn), and loves making systems run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client & Lead Management**
- Schedule showings/appointments (reduce back-and-forth)
- Send MLS listings and prep meeting materials
**Transaction Support**
- Collect and organize documents (offers, disclosures, etc.)
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and lenders
- Ensure smooth closings
**CRM & Systems**
- Update and maintain CRM (training provided)
**Marketing & Admin**
**Light Personal Tasks** (20%)
- Personal scheduling support
**Who You Are**:
✔ **Organized & Detail-Oriented** - You love creating order from chaos.
✔ **Tech-Savvy** - Comfortable learning tools like MLS, Docusign, and CRMs.
✔ **Interest in Real Estate** - A plus, but not required
