Role Description

This is a hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Ottawa, ON, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing top-tier customer service, and offering expert guidance through the real estate process. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, conducting property showings, staying informed about the local property market, and building client relationships to expand your professional network and grow your business.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License
  • Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Ottawa, ON real estate market is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and technology
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and handle transactions efficiently
