**Team Lead - Warehouse - Night Shift**

**_ Position: _**_Warehouse Full-Time Night Shift Shipper/Receiver Team Lead._

**Benefits**:

- Wage is $24.00 per hour (44) for night shift.
- Health Benefits after 6 months (company pays 80% and team members pays 20%).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accurately select customer orders, pack onto skids for shipping.
- Wrap skids.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment at all times.
- Perform all other tasks/duties as required.
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices.
- Record shortages and reject damaged goods.
- Supervise daily warehouse overseeing receiving and distribution operation.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensuring the safety of the staff.
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
- Coordinate transportation schedule deliveries with brokers. Responsible for ensuring that warehouse equipment forklift machines are properly maintained and in good working condition. This includes regular maintenance.

**FULL TIME night is 10:00 pm - 8:00 am (Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday) TBD.**

**Skills**:

- Good communication and listening skills.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 - 60 lbs.
- Is a team player and result oriented.
- Forklift experience and active license a must. Experience in leading a small team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working in and out of Coolers and Freezers.
- Good personal hygiene is expected and jewelry is not permitted.
- Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work. You are required to have certified safety boots and a valid forklift license.
