Role Description

This is a full-time, off-site role for a Team Lead located in Toronto, ON. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating team members, setting goals, and ensuring efficient team operations. Daily tasks include overseeing workflows, providing mentorship, and maintaining excellent team performance. The Team Lead will also assist in identifying and resolving challenges, facilitating communication, and fostering a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team
  • Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to resolve challenges and optimize operations
  • Experience in mortgage financing or financial services is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an asset
  • Active Mortgage Agent or Broker License is mandatory
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in technology and software tools commonly used in team collaboration and finance
