**POSITION TITLE**:Sales Coordinator

**REPORTS TO**:VP, Sales and Support

**LOCATION**:Sudbury, Ontario

**About us**: MacLean Engineering is a mobile mining equipment OEM that is at the forefront of technology and innovation within our industry. We are actively recruiting for a Sales Coordinator role in our Sales and Support department.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports and KPI’s
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Establish active communication and engage with sales and customer service team to ensure prompt processing of orders
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by managing customer communications promptly
- Develop an understanding o the products and services we offer
- Arrange for the creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads
- Comfortable working as a team, supporting the process and goals of the sales department
- Ability to adhere to a schedule, and gather updates and produce reports on behalf of the sales team
- Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software considered an asset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, be dependable, and stay flexible
- Experience with analytics and online advertising
- Must be able to travel to other MacLean Facilities and customer locations as needed; must posses a valid drivers license, and clean drivers abstract
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft windows, Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables
