Ionic Mechatronics is presently seeking a technical purchasing support and inside sales coordinator to join our team.

The inside sales role will consist of material take-offs, quoting and order processing. Materials sourcing and project documentation. Arrangements of shipping and receiving of goods and parts. Assist management and shop supervisors with project coordination. Maintain a detailed and organized Spare Parts inventory. Inbound and outbound parts coordination. The role will include quoting spare parts for various companies within the Ionic Technology Group, Electrical Panel quotes, assist in purchasing, minor project management, shipping and receiving, and other tasks as needed.

We are looking for versatile, high-caliber individuals who would play a vital role in our organization. The position is an entry level position with growth potential.

**Mandatory Qualifications/Experience**:

- Canadian citizen or permanent resident or valid work permit, preferably holding a diploma/degree in post secondary education.
- Ontario Drivers License
- Excellent English skills - oral and written
- Well versed with MS Office suite and general computer skills
- Prior Inside Sales or related experience a huge asset

**Other Qualifications/Experiences (Good to have)**:

- Practical Experience with electrical panels including PLC, Instrumentation, Power and Control and network panels
- Automation Experience for custom machines
- AutoCAD, Solidworks, or other 2D or 3D software platforms
- Previous experience dealing with customers and client requests
- Understanding of underground and surface mining operations
- Understanding of metals refining industry
- Strong knowledge and capability for reading and understanding manufacturing drawings
- Good working knowledge of commonly available fabrication materials
- Experience or familiarity with electrical control systems
- Practical experience with fabrication and machining practices
- Previous experience doing material take-offs and estimating fabrication labor
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- Marketing experience with various social media platforms
- Facilitate videos and pictures of our machines for marketing purposes
- Video formatting, creating flyers, brochures, and other materials for marketing purposes
- Managing online RFP and purchasing systems
