**About Liuyishou Hotpot**
Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 500 employees in North America.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Ensure that all practices are conducted in a food safe manner and any food safety issues must be brought to Quality Assurance or Senior Management;
- Inspects both inbound and outbound products upon arrival at the designated location to ensure compliance with established industry standards, company policies, and procedures;
- Monitors the condition and quality of products in inventory, maintains good rotation practices. Records and documents temperature recordings in accordance with company standards and procedures;
- Familiar with NA food safety inspection procedures and legal requirements;
- Responsible for accuracy and completeness of all production records;
- Experience developing and reviewing safety training procedures; address, report, and resolve concerns; familiar with periodical reports audits;
- Assist inventory storage to ensure it is properly managed;
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with food processing factory (production department and sales department);
- This position involves detailed, technical writing, proofreading, procedure auditing and extensive record-keeping;
- Collaborations and other duties as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum of 2-year experience with quality control in a food production/manufacturing environment;
- Excellent communication skills in **Mandarin** and English;
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. Ability to work as a team;
- SQF, GMP, HACCP training and knowledge are considered assets.
