**Responsibilities**:

- Provided Leads and Clients: Benefit from our robust lead generation system and enjoy a steady flow of qualified leads and clients, allowing you to focus on what you do best—closing deals and providing exceptional service.
- Consultative Approach: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, educate them about mortgage options, and tailor solutions that best meet their needs.
- Closing Mastery: Utilize your exceptional closing skills and persuasive techniques to convert leads into closed mortgage transactions while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, lending guidelines, and industry trends to deliver accurate and informative advice to clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- FSRA licensed
- Level 2 Mortgage Agent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay Types:

- Commission pay

- Toronto, ON : M3J 2G5

- FSRA license (required)

Work Location: In Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
