Bedford, Canada Coastal Sports & Wellness Inc. Full time

Coastal Sports & Wellness Inc. is looking for a full-time Kinesiologist to work with our Physiotherapist to join us at our Bedford clinic locations. As a member of our team, the Kinesiologist (Physiotherapy Support Personnel) works under the supervision of the assessing physiotherapist to accelerate patient recovery and maintain mobility. He/she implements therapeutic exercise programs with patients, leads exercise and ensures constant communication between the patient’s care team through accurate charting and discussions.

Individual must be mature, motivated to grow their skills and is seeking long-term stability with a team of dedicated professionals.

Operating a 3500sq foot multidisciplinary clinics in Bedford Nova Scotia, offering Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Dietary, Naturopathic, Counselling Therapy and Reflexology.

Skills/Education/Responsibilities:

- Diploma in Kinesiology OR PT Assistant.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Provide client care, including treatment equipment usage, exercise programs, etc.
- Ensure treatment area cleanliness, laundry, and organization.
- Maintain and clean/sterilize medical equipment.
- Oversee inventory, maintenance, and preparation of clinical equipment and supplies.
- Liaise with Clinic Manager.
- Provide backup for colleagues and assist with administrative duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
- Prioritize workload and maximize efficiency.
- Experience in previous roles within a Physiotherapy clinic.
- Independence with exercise prescription and progression an asset.

We are looking to hire for training on August 4th, 2025. The full-time position starts on August 25th, 2025.

Hours: 30-40 hours weekly.
