Luminate Co Wellness Market is hiring a **Full time
- 4 days a week-**Stock/Sales Associate who has flexible availability for our Bedford location

We are building a team of passionate, committed individuals who each play a vital role in making Luminate a special place.

**You are**:

- Deeply passionate about sharing your wealth of knowledge with others
- _Approachable, engaging, confident and enthusiastic_.
- Knowledgeable of the organic & natural food industry, brands, products & supplements
- Responsible for optimizing revenue and therefore previous experience in retail and sales would be an asset
- As we are a retail store, this can be a _fast paced environment_.
- Stock and clean shelves and displays; ensure the store is full, organized, clean and _**inviting**_
- Maintaining the department aesthetic by stocking, _**facing**_, and merchandising product.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers when needed from time-to-time.
- Maintain back stock in good order; monthly date checking, rotation of goods.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager.
- **What You Will Bring**:

- Good communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift 30 - 40 lbs.
- The ability to work well independently
