Coastal Sports & Wellness Inc. is seeking a full-time Kinesiologist to join our team at our **Bedford clinic location**, working in collaboration with our Physiotherapists.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, the **Kinesiologist (Physiotherapy Support Personnel)** works under the supervision of the assessing Physiotherapist to help accelerate patient recovery and support mobility goals. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic exercise programs, leading patient exercise sessions, and maintaining clear communication within the patient’s care team through accurate charting and regular discussions.

We’re looking for a mature, motivated individual who is eager to grow their skills and build a long-term career with a dedicated, supportive team of professionals.

Operating a 3500sq foot multidisciplinary clinics in Bedford Nova Scotia, offering Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Dietary, Naturopathic, Counselling Therapy and Reflexology.

Skills/Education/Responsibilities:

- Diploma in Kinesiology OR PT Assistant.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Provide client care, including treatment equipment usage, exercise programs, etc.
- Ensure treatment area cleanliness, laundry, and organization.
- Maintain and clean/sterilize medical equipment.
- Oversee inventory, maintenance, and preparation of clinical equipment and supplies.
- Liaise with Clinic Manager.
- Provide backup for colleagues and assist with administrative duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
- Prioritize workload and maximize efficiency.
- Experience in previous roles within a Physiotherapy clinic.
- Independence with exercise prescription and progression an asset.

We are looking to hire for training on **November 3rd, 2025**. The full-time position starts on **November 13th, 2025.**

Hours**:36.5 hours weekly.**
