Responsible for effectively acting as a confidential liaison for the receipt and processing of sensitive information

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.- Provides general support to HR Managers and Director of HR as needed.- Processes new hire paperwork while ensuring compliance with federal time-sensitive regulations utilizing SAVE program.- Supports the hotels and employees with general HR inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.

**Job Duties**:

- Manages and communicates changes and progress. Prepares and supports those affected by change, monitors transition, and evaluates results. Prepares and distributes reports relating to pre
- employment requirements, turnover and customized need based reports. Prepares and submits bi-monthly new hire reports for all states. Completes quarterly multiple worksite reports for the state. Creates delinquent separation, new hire and GIS change reports on a monthly basis. Reconciles, verifies and calculates monthly GIS bill. Create and submits all HR related reports as required and requested. Responsible for updating internal employee website.- Communication - Demonstrates group presentation skills. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Writes clearly, and has the ability to read and interpret written information. Communicates change effectively. Distributes exit interviews by mail to determine reasons behind separations.- Team Work - Exhibits objectivity and openness to the views of others and contributes to building a positive team spirit. Upholds organizational values, treats people with respect and promotes a harassment free environment. Assists benefits administrator with bill reconciliation, COBRA administration, 401K administration, monthly enrollments and other duties upon request. Provides office organization and support.- Quality Management - Aligns work with strategic goals, looking for ways to improve and promote quality while demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness. Strives to increase productivity.- Adaptability - Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events, changing approach or method to best fit a situation.- Interpersonal Skills

Assists in facilitating HR trainings in accordance to company guidelines and needs in order to foster positive attitude towards company goals. Assists with the roll out and implementation of new employee initiatives. Responsible for sending monthly anniversary letters to all company employees.- Compliance - Maintains confidentiality. Able to complete and interpret all GIS background check with regard to criminal, driving, credit and social security validation. Responsible for changing grades in GIS system as requested and approved by HR managers. Processes employee separation notices and related documentation. Maintains employee files and records, makes changes to review dates, address changes, employee status, position changes, etc.- Business Acumen
- Understands business implications of decisions, aligns work with strategic goals. Assists with conducting wage surveys within labor markets to determine competitive wage rate. Prepares weekly statistic reports combining information received from all properties.- Professionalism - Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Exhibits professionalism at all times.
