**About the Company**
SAWW DEVELOPMENTS is a growing construction firm delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. We are expanding and seeking a proven professional to lead project execution, operations, and team coordination across multiple active sites.

**Role Summary**
The Senior Project & Operations Manager will oversee all acquired projects from contract to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, site operations, and reporting. This position suits someone ready to bring structure, accountability, and high operational standards to a fast-moving construction environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take full ownership of project delivery, quality, and profitability.
- Develop operational budgets, cashflow forecasts, and project schedules.
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors for timely material and crew deployment.
- Supervise site execution, inspections, safety, and compliance.
- Interpret construction drawings with precision and ensure scope clarity for all subcontractors.
- Define, communicate, and enforce scope of work for every trade.
- Verify subcontractor performance against scope and quality standards.
- Pre-plan and notify clients/owners regarding construction phasing, site preparation, weekend work, and any service disruptions (electrical, HVAC, utilities, etc.).
- Timely address arising additional scope of work and coordinate between management and subcontractors to define it's impact on cost and timeline
- Set up and strictly enforce site documentation and controls, including PPE requirements, scope of work compliance, cleaning standards, and subcontractor work procedures.
- Implement standardized reporting, progress tracking, and site checklists.
- Support the estimating team in handover and project startup.

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years in construction project management, operations, or site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, scope management, and quality control.
- Proven experience enforcing site safety, documentation, and compliance.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Excel, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with mínimal oversight.
- Experience in building and improving operational systems and field processes.

**Compensation**
