**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide High-Quality Care**: Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth in the children.
- **Create a Loving Environment**: Foster a safe, nurturing atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow educators to create a positive and cohesive team dynamic that prioritizes the well-being of all children.
- **Effective Communication**: Maintain open communication with parents ,caregivers, and your team members.

**Qualifications**:

- **3+ years as an ECA**:

- Previous experience working in a classroom.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- A collaborative spirit with a commitment to teamwork and a positive work environment.
- A genuine love for working with young children and a passion for early childhood education.

**Application Process**:
Join us in creating a joyful and loving learning environment.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
