**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain employee satisfaction by conducting regular team building events, employee reviews and consolation
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training and career growth; Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures;
- Manage maintain employee attendance data for payroll
- Conducting general orientation, training and termination process
- Welcomes new employees to the company, providing a basic introduction of company codes of conduct
- Provides payroll information, collecting attendance records
- Maintains employee information updating employment status and communicate with the China HR department.
- Monitor levels of office supplies and handle shortages
- Perform administrative duties when needed
- Maintains resource information confidentiality
- Manage co-op program with YRDSB
- Manage employee benefit enrolment and update

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources role in Canada
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Responsible, dependable, great team support
- English and Mandarin required, Cantonese asset
- Human Resources Education backgroud perferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
