Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences?
We’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to support our front-of-house team and help oversee the daily operations of a busy, fast-paced restaurant serving guests from morning to night. You’ll lead by example to motivate your colleagues, and create a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service throughout the day.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Ensure top-tier service is delivered to every guest, every time
- Open or close the restaurant depending on the shift, including assigning duties, prepping the floor, and overseeing end-of-day reporting
- Support staff throughout service and help maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Uphold and enforce all liquor legislation and health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house teams to meet daily goals
- Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly

**What You Bring**:

- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant (an asset)
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on, team-first attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office (an asset)
- Valid ProServe certification
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
