Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be the first point of contact with walk-ins, phone sales and directing calls withing the company.
**Requirements**:
**ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IN PERSON INTERVIEWS.**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A least 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a construction or roofing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Conflict management skills are an asset.
- Good under pressure
- Cash handling/reconciling experience is desired.
**Responsibilities**:
- Incoming calls phone management
- Computer order input
- Handling Cash
- Filing
- inventory
- Cash, Visa and Debit Sale reconciliation
- Showroom cleanliness and display of stocking materials.
**Conditions**:
- Indoors
- Sitting, standing, using a computer to find stock, print orders etc
- Can be hectic
