**Position**: Office Admin / Online Coordinator
**Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: $18-$25/hr
**About Us**:
ACE Trades and Technical Institute is a recognized leader in trades and technical education, offering industry-relevant training programs in Surrey, BC. We are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Office Admin / Online Coordinator.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general information about our programs.
- Assist students and visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate online class schedules, ensuring students and instructors are informed and classes run smoothly.
- Support students with online learning platforms, including troubleshooting access or technical issues.
- Assist with student registration, course enrollment, and orientation for online and in-person programs.
- Maintain and update student records and files.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with online learning platforms (preferably Moodle) or the willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
