Master Craftsman Warranty is the exclusive warranty provider to; Carrington Communities, Bedrock Homes, Carrington Homes and other builder partners, in Alberta and British Columbia, and is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to add to our growing team. Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the Warranty Coordinator will be primarily responsible for customer/trade correspondence and bookings of warranty appointments utilizing our computer based warranty program.

**Warranty Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Book and confirm appointments for the warranty department.
- Perform all data entry including for the department.
- Manage warranty technician calendars utilizing Microsoft Outlook.
- Create and send PO’s where required for trade work determined to be non-warranty.
- Tracking of all open files to ensure timely completion.

**Warranty Coordinator Qualifications/Experience**:

- Completion of a diploma or certificate relating to position.
- Minimum three (3) years of direct work experience in a customer service role, previous role in warranty environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills including use of Punchlist warranty software.
- Strong knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Professional telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- General knowledge of residential building construction and the Municipal Affairs - Construction Performance Guidelines for New Home Warranty.
- Excel in a team environment but also able to work independently.
- Previously demonstrated ability to execute high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and proven organizational skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic.

This full-time position is located in **Edmonton, Alberta**. Master Craftsman Warranty provides a competitive compensation, benefits and RRSP package. **Business Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.**
