Top 3 Priorities in the First 6 Months
· Become proficient in managing homeowner inquiries and coordinating service appointments using Microsoft Outlook and internal systems.
· Learn and maintain accurate records in Quality Builder, ensuring all warranty actions are properly tracked and documented.
· Effectively triage homeowner concerns to determine appropriate responses and escalate recurring issues for resolution.
