Receptionist/administrator

Yonge Cummer Rehabilitation Clinic, a multidisciplinary clinic in the Yonge and Finch area, is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team as a receptionist/admin coordinator. Our clinic offers Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Orthotics services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Book appointments, check patients in/out, issue invoices and receipts using Jane
- Call back patients for retention
- Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic
- Troubleshoot/report concerns and issues related to the clinic
- Stock supplies and linens
- Knowledge of HCAI, Telus Billing, WSIB procedures
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1-2 years of administrative/receptionist experience
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Fluent in Farsi preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Punctual and responsible
- Problem solver and fast learner
- Self-starter and motivated
- Experience with using EMR (Jane) and insurance companies is an asset but not required
- Experience with computer systems, spreadsheets, and word
- Experience with Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
