Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Time Management: Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure optimal time utilization.

Task Delegation: Handle routine administrative, personal, and logístical tasks to free up time for high-value activities.

Errands and Personal Tasks: Perform tasks such as shopping, managing household needs, and organizing travel arrangements.

Project Assistance: Provide support for ongoing projects, research, and miscellaneous initiatives as needed.

Organization: Maintain an organized system for personal and professional files, tasks, and goals.

Vendor and Service Management: Liaise with contractors, service providers, and vendors to manage tasks such as home maintenance, subscriptions, or event planning.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Ability to anticipate needs and act with initiative.

High level of confidentiality, discretion, and trustworthiness.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
