What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and expense management.
- Process payroll and handle sales tax reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain financial health.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site and as part of a team.
