**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures against budgetary constraints.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage or Xero for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial documents and files for easy access and reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, demonstrating strong accounting skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Sage or Xero, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, budgeting, and account analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
