**Experienced Cocktail Bar Manager - The Raven Room**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our talented team, elevate our cocktail program, and enhance the guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cocktail Program Development**: Lead the creation and continuous refinement of our innovative cocktail program, collaborating with the bar team to create drinks that reflect The Raven Room’s brand and vision.
- **Spirit Education Program**: Partner with ownership to organize tastings, workshops, and community events that elevate our brand’s spirit knowledge and engage our guests.
- **Team Leadership**: Inspire, mentor, and develop a skilled and motivated team, setting high standards for service, professionalism, and teamwork.
- **Operations & Inventory Management**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing costs efficiently.
- **Customer & Employee Relations**: Cultivate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both staff and guests, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional service standards are met.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 3-5 years of bartending and bar management experience
- In-depth expertise in cocktails and spirits, with a passion for developing innovative programs
- Proven leadership ability with a talent for motivating and developing a high-performing team
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory and costs
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
