**Job Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Undertake Best Practice internet research scans for a variety of transportation planning related matters.
- Develop a summary report and present findings to the Transportation and Mobility Planning team.
- Assist with the delivery of transportation-related Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Studies, Master Plans and Feasibility Studies.
- Coordinate and provide general support to senior staff regarding transportation planning matters (i.e. data management, information research, filing, creating graphics and PowerPoint presentations).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Education in the field of Transportation/Civil Engineering or Transportation Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills (MS office, including Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills.

**Preferred**
- Knowledge of Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process.
- Knowledge of traffic analysis principles.
- Knowledge of traffic demand modeling principles.
- Knowledge of road design principles.

- Work from Home/office environment with potential for periodic site visits. Travel may be required, and incumbent must provide their own transportation.
