Empower Gym est à la recherche d’une **Head Coach - Success Manager** capable de faire plus que du coaching **:optimiser les systèmes, faire grandir l’équipe, et faire exploser les résultats.**

**Ton rôle principal**

Ta mission est claire : assurer **la réussite de chaque cliente** et **l’optimisation de nos systèmes internes**, tout en formant et en supervisant notre équipe de coachs. Tu seras le **pont entre le terrain et la direction**, en collaboration directe avec la CEO (basée à l’étranger).

**Responsabilités principales Côté cliente (Wellness & Success Coaching)**
- Faire les **check-ins hebdomadaires** (via TeamUp + HubSpot)
- Créer des **plans alimentaires et d’entraînement personnalisés**:

- Effectuer les **InBody scans** et suivre les indicateurs santé
- Assurer la **satisfaction client** (résolutions de problèmes, résiliations, courriels)
- Donner quelques cours semi-privés ou privés (pour maîtriser les services offerts

**Côté gestion (Leadership & Optimisation)**
- Suivre et **analyser les KPIs** clients et équipe (retention, assiduité, résultats)
- Optimiser nos **systèmes de coaching, check-ins, onboarding, etc.**:

- Former les nouveaux coachs, participer aux **recrutements**:

- Être responsable du **suivi de la qualité du service** offert par l’équipe
- Gérer les **opérations quotidiennes du gym** (machine brisée, ambiance, propreté)

**Profil recherché**
- **Expérience solide (3+ années)** en coaching (santé féminine, entraînement, nutrition)
- Expérience en position de leadership et de gestion d’une équipe (2+ années)
- Forte **intelligence émotionnelle**, capable de gérer le stress et s’exprimer clairement
- Excellente en **structure, rigueur et respect des deadlines**:

- Esprit **stratégique** orienté résultats, KPIs et **solution mindset**:

- Leadership naturel : tu inspires, tu élèves, tu responsabilises
- Être confortable avec l’utilisation de CRM et autres outils technologiques
- Être obsédée par l’optimisation de système et l’amélioration de processus
- Une closer naturelle, une communicatrice qui sait comment faire des follow up, leader des appels et gérer les objections
- **Autonome, proactive, capable de gérer un gym même sans supervision constante**

**Conditions**
- **Taux horaire** entre **31.50 $ et 50 $**, selon les tâches (coaching vs gestion)
- Environ **15 h / semaine de coaching** + **10-15 h / semaine de gestion/systèmes**:

- Horaire flexible, travail hybride : sur place (Montréal -Est) et certaines tâches à distance
