**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project budgets and timelines.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid proposals and presenting estimates to clients.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, changes, and communications related to projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
