Beaumont Cabinets produces the highest-end custom kitchens and cabinetry in Nova Scotia, found in the most luxurious homes being renovated and newly built. Beaumont Exhibits works mainly in the US, producing state of the art trade show exhibits for leading brands such as Facebook, Disney and Rolls Royce.**
Human Resources / Recruiter
Responsibilities and duties:
- Developing and integrating human resources initiatives that align with business strategies and goals
- Liaising with management and staff by addressing concerns, questions, and grievances
- Managing the hiring and recruitment processes and screening applicants for interviewing both in Nova Scotia as well as key cities within North America
- Overseeing the performance appraisal processes and integrating performance metrics. Reviews, retention and check-ins
- Maintaining employee compensation plans and benefits programs
- Ensuring legal compliance across the organization
- Handling of grants, rebates and other funding for upgrades or employees funding
- Help to implementing, HR/Accounting software like Payworks or other similar systems
Job requirements:
- Degree in human resources, business management, or a related field. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Proven experience working in human resources management
- Demonstrable proficiency with human resources metrics
- Proficiency with human resources systems, software, and databases
- Knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and human resources best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to present information
The Human Resources / Recruiter reports to the General Manager and will be conducting monthly and quarterly reviews to inform on practices and activities.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$62,500.00 per year
